Unexpected upgrades and friendly faces

Especially after an initially rough arrival. The food choices were varied and satisfying, and we loved walking to nearby attractions.

Very clean, large room. We could have lunch in land of freedom set within 350 feet. Great hotel in every way.

The nice people who work in this hotel sweeten every day anew without a wonderful holiday on Fuerteventura..thank you all :-)

...the only thing that can be criticized at all is - and we are very relaxed contemporaries from the ground up - that in some cases (although it is a dress code for dinner.) guests in swimming shorts and absolutely inappropriate clothing were tolerated at dinner ...quite honestly, we find it disrespectful towards the hotel and the other guests :-(

The rooms, while somewhat updated, the bathrooms were awful, with loose fittings and leaky showers, how quaint! I also had the unfortunate experience of rude staff who barely spoke English, how charming for a so-called 'resort'. One would expect a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences but alas, it seems that my expectations were dashed.

The food is varied but still monotonous and taste is often bland.

fantastic family-friendly hotel with caring staff

We stayed here recently and loved how cute the staff was, especially Natalia, who ensured our daughter felt special. The kids club and pools kept the kids entertained!

Meals around the clock. Sufficient beverage selection with all inclusive. Many activities around the swimming pool. Perfect service. Short distance to the centre and the "adventure miles".

With 4* I would have expected at least lunch and dinner service at the table

The central, yet quiet location of this great hotel, close to everything, turquoise-blue pool bar with large pool, the cozy reception with fountain, the beautiful, large and bright rooms.

I had the feeling that there was a lack of staff in the restaurants during rush hours. There were a lot of staff members who were stressed out and seemed unhappy. Too bad, it doesn't fit with the philosophy of Happiness.

Great place for a group vacation! The kids enjoyed the mini club, and we loved hanging out by the two big pools. The Farros Club bar had awesome live music and games. A solid gym and tennis courts for those who wanted to stay active. Perfect for families just as much as friends!

One small hiccup was that the shower head wasn't great, and it could have used some better water pressure. It was a bit annoying, but it didn't ruin our stay.

The apartments were very good value but they are in need of a renovation as they are very run down. i stayed here 4 years ago & it seems that nothing has been done since!!

the evening entertainment was kinda lacking , but the pool area was perfect with a choice of quiet and lively spots. food was excellent with plenty of options, and staff were super friendly and hard, working.

Accommodation was spacious and EXCEPTIONAL with hard-working and especially helpful staff who were always willing to tend to all your requirement with a very pleasant manner.

Rooms are very big.

The animation left a lot to be desired.. For vegetarians the selection is a little poor.. A few umbrellas by the pool.

Tv programmes were varied in different languages which was very good.The rooms were very clean and tidy.

The cutlery in the apartments need to be renewed.
